Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of HSE training and develop appropriate training solutions/changes to ensure a high level of quality and competency. Provide Safety training to support the HSE Management System. Includes training related to Occupational Safety, Emergency Services, Health, Environment, and Risk. Conduct training needs analysis related to HSE Policy and Procedures for employees from within each Business Unit (BU) and contractors. Identify appropriate training facilities materials, and resources required, including internal and external resources to support HSE training needs
Responsible for dealing with preventive maintenance of fire and safety equipments in Qafco Plant, Inspects work areas and equipment to ensure compliance with company, state, and federal safety policies and regulations. Responsibilities also include documenting safety inspections, citing dangerous areas/procedures and recommending corrective procedures, and maintaining safety equipment supply and availability. Act as Emergency Response Team (ERT) Leader during emergency situation. Conduct trainings such as Fire Fighting and Mine Rescue for the preparation of any emergency scenario. Prepared the document tender for Safety Assistant/Safety Technician Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician & Professional Security Guards.
