• Cooperate closely with operations, product team and customer service teams to improve efficiencies, new products launch, promotions, trade, products publication and customer experience.
• Weekly & Monthly reporting on e-commerce Performance on set objectives & KPls, providing full insight, and conducting a comparison with past performance to indicate areas of development.
• Ensure and aid in the execution of important strategic goals in accordance with the organization and the Procurement & Merchandising scheme.
• Monitor new products publication, category builds, product detail maintenance, and marketing activations.
• Coordinate with various teams for CMS tasks and initiatives. Be highly involved in UAT site testing for development projects and the regular site walks to ensure accuracy at all times.

Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees work.
Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to insure the operational needs.
Actively communicate with suppliers to provide best after sale services & placement of PO.
Fully command on ELVIS and EPOS to operate the store.
Merchandise products according to their performance, labels and category, performance and arrival dates. Research merchandising techniques and mold them in to our business.
Assess the performance of employees in the department as well as the store and work on development plan. Close interaction and have personal involvement in their succession plan

Up-sell and cross-sell products, services and handle the sales of events tickets.
Responsible to keep availability of stock level on shelves.
Assist the customer to guide them as per their needs and demands.
Handle all type of payment transaction to finalize the sale.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
