Users and groups management through M365 Admin Center, Implementing and managing Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Adding and removing Users, workstations, and Organization groups within both Local AD & Admin Center. Administrating Windows, VMWare, and Linux server systems. Administering users' accounts in Active Directory. Creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting email profiles for users. Troubleshooting the TCP/IP issues with end users’ PCs. Network Cable crimping and patching. Computers’ hardware maintenance and repair. Managing and maintaining all IT Assets (inventory /Preventive Maintenance) thru Group IT Asset Portal. Coordination with Internet Service Providers for Internet and Telephone Services. Establish the connectivity of remote site offices with the main office. Manage and monitor the user's support calls. Support for Autodesk products, machines, and configurations. Support for Installation and configuration of Primavera Server and Standalone editions. Installation and configuration of MS SQL Servers, DB Setup, and maintenance, Database Backup, and Running basic queries. Responsible for creating, managing, and monitoring, Verifying Daily, Weekly, Monthly Backups (Backup & Restore Management, Backup Log Maintain procedures (Symantec Backup Exec & Microsoft Azure Cloud Backup). Installation, Configuration of Antivirus Management (Kaspersky Cloud) Installation, and basic troubleshooting on in-house Applications (Microsoft NAV 5.1 & Microsoft Dynamics). Configuring and maintaining PABX System and IP Telephony Support, Configuration of new Telephone Extensions (Avaya, Panasonic, Cisco Call Manager Express Edition & Yealink). Configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting on Time Attendance Machines Suprema BioStar, ZKT brands). Installation, configuration, and monitoring of CCTV Cameras. Supporting the users in person over the phone and using remote desktop tools & software (Any desk, TeamViewers ETC. Keep meeting room technology running smoothly, Video Conference Support for Management Meetings. Coordinating with the vendors and with company personnel to facilitate IT purchases. Providing technical training to end users. Responsible for arranging new quotations for Contracts/Subscription renewal from vendors on time. Responsible for checking Servers, firewalls, OSs, and health in a Timely Manner to prevent any incidents. Monitoring Inbound and Outbound traffic thru a firewall.
