• Preventive and Corrective maintenance for the Blowing machine (TSS6000) Memco, Sacmi Labeller machine, SMI box packaging machine, Atlanta plastic shrink machine.
• Change over 3 pressurize pet blowing machine from 200ml, 330ml, 600ml and 1.5ml.
• Make plan and improvement of the pet machine and air conveyor system.
• Programming plc.
• Carring out schedule maintenance work and responding to equipment fault.
• Inventory for the machine spare parts.
• Schedule a weekly preventive maintenance.

• Maintain and monitor 6 KHOLER Genarator with capacity of 1800KW
• Preventive maintenance of genarator by changing oil and radiator coolant. Replace air and diesel filter
• Operate and monitor the 250HP and 1000HP ATLAS COPCO Compressor (screw type Compressor) Monitor its pressure, temperature, oil level and its 3 stage vibration then record its daily activity.
• Maintenance and monitor gas train of furnace and forheart, monitor the glass level, the pressure and temperature of the melter.
• Clean the burner of the furnace and forheart.
• Make system design to monitor and resolve equipment trouble.
• Use LOTO procedure in accordance with the strict company rules for low, medium and high voltage system.
• Monitor and operate an automatic switch board swichtgear at MDB.
• Perform immediate machine repair, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Optimize Machine utilization and ensure all system and control are done according to schedule.
• Check and ensure machine safety device are in good condition at all time.
• Conform to any quality audit such as ISO900 and 14000 internal and external audit, customer audit, and likewise any nonconformity found during audit must immediately acted upon with proper corrective and preventive action.
• Perform a weekly preventive maintenance.
