• Knowledge and expertise in Technical, Commercial and Contractual aspects
• Knowledge and application of Cost Engineering principles. Full versed with Cost Estimating principles, techniques and industry standard tools to develop estimates. Good understanding of Cost management, Estimating, Change control and Risk analysis
• In depth understanding of project management principles and techniques.
• Good knowledge of computerized cost management and reporting systems preferred together with ability to consolidate cost data from a number of sources for overall presentation. Proficiency with Project Control systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong understanding of application of benchmarks, metrics and statistical analysis. Statistical knowledge in the areas of sampling, distributions and probability
• Strong organizational, time management and project management skills. Ability to work concurrent tasks in a fast paced environment while effectively organizing, prioritizing, and coordinating work assignments
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to identify, propose and implement solutions in commercial negotiation and contractual control, and claims settlement.
• Preparation of Contract documents, invoices and letters
• Assist with preparation of the budget
• Implement financial policies and procedures
• Prepare and reconcile general bank statements
• Establish and maintain supplier accounts
• Ensure data is entered into the system
• Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system
• Maintain financial files and records
• Reservation of Flight Tickets, Accommodation, etc.
