• Good knowledge in DM Building Permit System submissions

• Knowledgeable on MEP coordination arrangements
• Excellent communication skill in English, written and oral
• Knowledgeable in Autodesk AutoCAD
• Knowledgeable in Autodesk BIM 360 DOCS
-Reviews ID and Architectural material submittals
and shop drawings to be as per project’s technical, material specifications and client’s requirements.
-Review the ID shop drawings in line with the ID design drawings and specifications
-Assisting in the ID materials selection criteria
-Guiding the contractor to prepare proper Architectural and ID shop drawings, review and approving the shop drawings in coordination with client.
-Liaising with client to review different Architectural and ID submittals, shop drawings and mock-ups for final approval.
-Project site supervision and inspection of site works to be as of proper architectural standards and as per the required project’s technical specifications and approvals, ensuring quality of work and materials to be as per prescribed standards
- Ensure the quality of the product used in the construction. Responsible for management of material quality on sites
-Coordinates project details with client, management, subcontractors, suppliers and other allied professionals during the entire period of the project, from client’s signing of contract to project handover
-Ensures the timely and accurate delivery and/or production of all necessary drawings, details, technical specifications from the Professional Allied Engineers necessary to execute the Architectural design
-Prepares 2D Auto CAD working and detail drawings to supplement proper coordination during site implementation
-Reviews material submittals and shop drawings to be as per project’s technical, material specifications and client’s requirements
-Project Quality Assurance (PQA) Engineer for EMAAR Initial inspection
