• Checked monthly attendance for daily and monthly staffs for payroll process.
• Collect all the timesheets in all sites every period of the month and review the completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate to all the timekeepers’ in site when there is related issue about timekeeping.
• Respond to the timekeepers’ at site when there is query or concern related to timekeeping
• Update and encode employees leaves such as sick leave, personal leave, vacations, site memos and all payroll related issues into the payroll software
• Update time schedule of each site or projects according to each schedule per period
• Preparation and print timesheets and punch cards for daily staffs
• Manage and organize all the received timesheets from all sites from each period to make it easy to retrieve for future reference.
• Add all new employees’ into the system and update the records against employees’ resignations, termination, etc.
