This is a new motor vehicle plant established by BMW in Shenyang China. Mutiple shops were builted early or late, press shop, welding shop, paint
shop, assembly shop. Being responsible to detect the progress, quality, safety, and cost in 3 projects. Being responsible for negotiation with German
consultant regarding the requirement of building function. One of unit is 14 thousand square meterswith single floor steel structure, including HVAC
system, BMS and other systems. Other two units were a little bit small.
