•Construction Engineer on the Canadian Port of Entry Team with a focus on subcontractor management. Subcontractors include but are not limited to doors, frames, and hardware, secondary structural steel, architectural millwork, facilities painting, and interior glazing.
•Participated in a junior engineer rotation program that comprised of work as a Field Review Engineer and Quality Engineer.
•Support in additional roles such as chairing team meetings, training new team members, design development, and supporting the team on company processes, history and camaraderie.
•Elected as the office representative on the Joint Health and Safety Committee.
•Won the Health and Safety Champion of the Month award for June 2021.
