1- Saudi Aramco Saudi Arabia and
2- Dow chemicals America
Worked as Site Shift Manager in Operation Site Integration Department.
To integrate whole the complex having 26 plants interlinked with each other.
Doing the load shedding scenarios and plans for the complex.
Also worked in Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up activities.
Worked on new project of TASNEE Petrochamicals Saudi Arabia.
80 KTA Super Absorbent Polymer Plant
Worked on Super Absorbent Polymer Plant.
- Project follow up, Errection, Pre-commissioning and
Commissioning activities.
- To guide and supervise the operators.
- Simulator training.
- Preperation of DCS Loop checking, Functionality tests.
1- Raw materials Caustic Soda and Acrylic Acid
2-Polymerization reactors
3-Extruders
4-Drying belt type dryers using to reduce moisture from 55% to
3%
5-Cutting mills to reduce the size of cake to 16mm
6-Tumbling Sieves to separate the material into four streams

material to Good one.
8-Fluidized Bed Dryer to dry the Overs material inside moisture.

1-Vaccum conveying system to convey material from Ground floor to
7th floor by using vaccum & air flowrate.
2-Loss-in-weight feeders to feed the measured solid flow rate
having load cells, screw coneyors.
3-Paddle Dryer to dry out the material.
4-Dense phase coveying system to convey material from ground to
7th floor by using air flow & pressure.
Working on panel/board DCS.
To operate the plants, Troubleshooting, Normal & Emergency start-up, shutdown.
To control the parameters.

1- Feed stock coming from Epichlorohydrin Plant Effluents
having about 9% Cacl2, Lime and TOC's.
2- This solution treating with HCL to convert Lime to Cacl2
3- Then passing through Plate type Clarifier
4- Bottom of clarifier feeding to candle type filter
5- Overflow of clarifier feeding to Evaporator to increase
concentration to 45%
6- Then feeding to Crystallizers to increase concentration to
60%
7- Then feeding to Centrifuge machines to separate the TOC
and purge out.
8- TOC purge out material feeding to Incinerator the using
again.
9- Then solution of 60% concentration feeding to Granulator
to make the Granules having concentration of 97%
10- Then Bagging to sale out.
All these plants fully based on DCS.

Sitara is a big complex having 17 plants linked with each other controlled by one shift In-charge.
Five years’ experience in Sitara Chemical Industries Ltd.
Operating of plants to control the process parameters.
Normal & Emergency Shutdown & Startup of below mentioned plants and utilities.
Shift management ( Four supervisors, assistant Engineers, Trainee Engineers, operators, maintenance technicians, security, safety and lab technicians working under Shift in-charge).

3 Brine Dechlorination. To remove the chlorine from Brine by.
(Vaccum Stripping Tower, Ejector, Chlorate decomposition, Activated Carbon,
Sodium sulphite, Hydrogen peroxide addition).
4 Evaporation of NaoH to increase the concentration from 32% to 50%

5 Solidification of NaoH To increase the concentration from 50% to 97%
