1 - Reporting to the Logistics Division IT Manager. In-charge of the IT infrastructure of Al- Futtaim Exel, that consists of more than10 locations in different emirates of the country.

4 - Responsible for support of all IT and software related issues in liaison of the IT support services division and the IT Help Desk.

6 - First point of contact for any new IT project related to setting up warehouses, cabling, procurement, planning and co-ordination with suppliers and contractors.
7 - Responsible for selection and procurement of IT infrastructure services from different IT service providers
8 - Responsible for planning of expanding the IT infrastructure in line with the company strategies and growth plans.
9 - Responsible for setting up of the company website that works on the B2B methodology. Using the website, third party customers are able to view their stocks and are able to upload information through the website.
10 - Responsible of setting up a third party interface where new customers can integrate their ERP system with SAP using FTP protocol.
