Weighing baggage and collecting any excess weight charges
Taking care of people with special needs, and unaccompanied children
Calming and reassuring nervous passengers
You could also specialise in different areas of airport work like computer

Ensuring that the service masters are alert, knowledgeable, and courteous in dealing with the customers and consistently practicing the Driveway Services Steps.
Coach the service masters on the proper way of serving the customers, and give them feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement.
Also see to it that the Safety Rules at station are strictly implemented.

Job Responsibilities:
• Greets guests, escorts them to tables, and provides menus.
• Monitoring the guest waiting list, and ensuring that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting.
• Monitoring the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables,
• Responsible for answering the telephone, booking reservations and moving tables together to accommodate large parties.
• Assist the dining room for the fast service to the customers.
• Process or help process payments made by the customer - whether by in cash or credit card
