 Coordinating and managing the entire operation of banquet by scheduling shifts.
 Attending the BEO meeting with sales and marketing team.
 Responsible for increasing the business of the banquet and restaurant.
 Analyze, planning and organize marketing events and promotional plans accordingly.
 Generating detailed daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on business, staff, and profit.
 Tracking guest comments, data, identified marketing trends, needs for improvement and guest satisfaction.
 Provide customer support by resolving their complaints about service or food quality.
 Perform up selling for all items offered by the department assigned as well as offering alternatives.

 Lead the outlet efficiently in cost and expenses, constantly delivering the highest quality as well as driving high top line revenue and profit.
 Meeting, greeting customers and organize table reservations.
 Understand thoroughly the concept of the outlet and train all employees of the outlet in regards to the concept.

 Maintain high standard quality hygiene, health and safety.
