Reporting to the Finance Director, managing a team of 11 IT professionals responsible for directing and implementing corporate IT initiatives
Provide leadership and vision for the IT department include strategic planning of information systems
Develop operational policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and best practices
Reporting to the CFO, managing a team of 10 IT professionals responsible for all corporate, regional office and store office system, including applications, data center, servers, storage and telecom
Accountable to lead the team to plan, implement, manage and support the Information Services, Technology and business applications
Managing multiple responsibilities including operation, CAPEX/OPEX management and project delivery management for improvement in process and performance of IT services
Responsible for technology alignment with business objectives, while directing the effective delivery of networks, development and DR systems and process
Spearheading technology research for selection & adaptation of same while supporting business development and identifying new market opportunities
Supporting relation management with external vendors and technology specialists
Performing people management initiatives including planning staffing needs, recruitment & induction as well as evaluation of staff performance and provide appropriate feedback
Initiated this engagement as Sr. System Analyst (Dec 2008), progressed to the designation reported above and reporting to the Associate Director - Finance & Operations, leading a team of 16 resources.
Accountable to lead the team to plan, implement, manage and support the Information Services, Technology and business applications.
Managing multiple responsibilities including operation, Capex/Opex management and project delivery management for improvement in process and performance of IT services.
Responsible for technology alignment with business objectives, while directing the effective delivery of networks, development and DR systems and process.
Involved in finalization of Capex & Opex budget for the group and present the same to senior management for approval.
Spearheading technology research for selection & adaptation of same while supporting business development and identifying new market opportunities.

Performing people management initiatives including planning staffing needs, recruitment & induction as well as evaluation of staff performance and provide appropriate feedback.
Responsible for evaluating and implementing all applications within the business. Played primary role in implementing Data Warehousing and BI.
Reported to the ERP Manager and supervised 3 resources with the responsibilities of project delivery coordination, functional consultation & support for ERP deployment, created functional & technical specifications, customization & change management, testing of solution before deployment and post deployment production support services.
Reported to the Managing Director as individual contributor in Microsoft Technology and participated projects to study business requirements, analysis of business process, solution design to satisfy functional automation, system configuration, data conversion/migration, end-user training and support in order to keep business critical operations functioning
