• Started in this company as a Administrator in the operation department in 2012 and be-fore reaching 2 years, i was transfer and promoted in HR department, looking after training, staff welfare, recognition and awards, staff health cards and others
• coordinate a staff training program me based on organizational and employee needs
• use questionnaires and surveys in consultation with managers and staff to analyze train-ing needs as they relate to the goals of the organization and work area
• compile training manuals
• develop training resources, which may involve preparing notes and visual displays from researched information or their own knowledge
• arrange or conduct training courses, which may involve demonstrating equipment, op-erating video recorders and cameras, leading group discussions or role-playing activities
• evaluate the effectiveness of training programmed using surveys, questionnaires, inter-views and by observation, in order to plan future courses or to amend existing ones
• obtain information on work-related external courses, prepare reports on their suitability and make recommendations on staff attendance at training courses
• prepare, administer and conduct training assessments
• provide career development sessions for existing staff and conduct induction sessions for new employees
• support learners during training interventions
• maintain learner outcomes in a Learning Management System
• Trainer of Food Safety Level 1 and 2 DUBAI mandatory requirements for food han-dlers
• Trainer of PIC 2 and 3-Dubai Municipality person in Charge
• Approved for Sharjah GHP staff and GHP Manager master trainer
• Approved first aid trainer
• Ability to make training module from scratch
• Ability to construct, write and maintain Job description of all team member(JD)
• Prepare and manage individual DOCL (departmental orientation checklist) for 400 op-eration staff
• Perform various Human resource duties such as choosing employee of the month/employee of the year, delivering performance counseling, conduct disciplinary hiring and investigation if needed, employee evaluation for increment proposal and promotions. Other day to day HR responsibility when required
• Do a routine check for the entire unit (30 branches) to ensure compliance against food safety.
• Independently manage training department
• Due to my experience in operation, I was chosen to participate in a mass recruitment in the Philippines last May 2016 and successfully brought fit candidate to the system
