Software QA Analyst
• Identifies any potential quality issues per defined process and escalates potential quality issues immediately to management.
• Create/Review technical / non-technical specifications for new/existing features of web/mobile applications to provide timely and provide feedback to the development team.
• Performs regression testing (Isolates, replicates, reports and fixes defects) once resolved.
• Ensures solutions on issues related with PHP/.Net, C# development to different customers varying from senior managers to varied technical personnel.
• Backend database testing in Microsoft SQL environment including validating stored procedures, jobs and triggers.
• Prepares and maintains all applications utilizing standard development tools.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Project Management
• Point person in charge of a specific project within our potential clients from Insurance, Utilities Management, Oil Company Group and Vehicle Testing company
• Responsible in delivering every project on time within budget and scope
Project Coordinator
• Interacts with all experienced functional consultants with purpose to write design parameters
• Provides online support on ongoing projects and facilitates deliveries to clients as and when required on the company projects.
• Assists project managers’ teams with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information.
Trainer
• Provides training and supervises new staff.
• Designs and delivers training courses of company’s project applications
Data Analyst
• Works with billing personnel at carrier partners to ensure efficient flow of funds to client accounts. Use advanced MS Excel skills to audit and reconcile data from multiple sources.
Document Controller
• Responsible for controlling the numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation produced by technical teams, projects or departments in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
Admin Work
• Responsible for making messages, typing and word processing, filing, organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes), managing applications and databases, prioritizing workloads, recruiting and handling correspondence, implementing new procedures and administrative systems, liaising with company’s remote offices and clients.
• Performs scripting for viewing of advertisement per dealer using Navicat.
• Updating data in tables in MySQL using Navicat.
• Approving of uploaded images for cars, bikes, heavy vehicles, plate numbers and parts / accessories advertisement.
• Performs editing images using Adobe Photoshop CS6 before uploading to website
• Customer Service assistant for Client’s inquiries regarding their advertisement.
• Upload Car advertisement on Facebook / website.
• Maintenance of parameters such as Dealers and Car models.
• Develops/ revises programs according to prescribed specifications.
• Codes test data for all conditions; prepares expected test results; reviews conducts unit test of programs assigned to him within a prescribed time frame
• Performs extraction / generation of reports needed in Audit using Excel / SQL Server.
• Deploying system applications in Server (Microsoft Windows Server 2008/R2 and 2012/R2).
• Performs integration testing / User Acceptance Test
• Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time.
o IT Administrator - adding / updating user in different system
o Database Administrator - Performs scripting in Data warehouse to generate requested data / reports.
o Data Analyst - Performs data analysis for Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Audit daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual reports using Microsoft Excel.
o IT Support - Supporting user’s concern such as Installation of system, Email configuration, Network configuration, Maintenance of the server, Shared folder access, Microsoft office configuration (Excel and Word), Setup computer and Printer configuration.
• Performs different test both Beta or test version
• Play interactive systems in as many ways as possible test different levels and versions of a game
• Check performance against what the designer intended
• Check games compatibility in different devices
• Encode each 'bug report' into a quality management system.
• Check for spelling mistakes and copyright issues like logos
• Check if interactive systems comply with IOS Checklist
