Responsibilities:

 Welcome guests on sight or upon contact.
 Perform check-in/out tasks for guests and provide assistance as needed in accordance with in-house set policies.
 Answer inquiries and provide information clearly and efficiently.
 Answer calls, send additional services, and redirect incoming calls for the guests.
 Work in coordination with other employees or other department effectively to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
 Complete transactions responsibly while handling cash to prevent unnecessary errors.
 Inform guests about facilities, services and room amenities available at the premises.
 Maintain cleanliness at the front desk and surrounding areas.
