Responsibilities:
Welcome guests on sight or upon contact.
Perform check-in/out tasks for guests and provide assistance as needed in accordance with in-house set policies.
Answer inquiries and provide information clearly and efficiently.
Answer calls, send additional services, and redirect incoming calls for the guests.
Work in coordination with other employees or other department effectively to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Complete transactions responsibly while handling cash to prevent unnecessary errors.
Inform guests about facilities, services and room amenities available at the premises.
Maintain cleanliness at the front desk and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing restaurant’s general operations
Attending to catering deals
Perform basic cashiering tasks when needed
Receive customer/guests and attend to their needs
Provide assistance to delegated waiter/waitress in taking and serving orders
Provide assistance to the scheduled shift’s barista in the preparation of beverages
Sales report preparation, submission and filing
