Project Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities
• Gathers all project information such as schedules, data requests, tasks and project meetings.
• Maintain database and document control including compiling and distributions of summary documents among team members.
• Schedule project follow up meetings including travel arrangements and expense reports.
• Prepare minutes of meeting, power point presentations and tables.
• Track project activities and team communication
Maintain Project Manager appointments and calendars.
• Assisted Project Manager in developing a complete workflow for project.
• Monitor and amend project schedule as per approval of the Project Manager.
• Process daily, weekly and monthly reports to ensure all schedules run smoothly and all tasks are completed as prescribed, and all invoicing is processed and on time.
• Work with Project Manager to arrange contractors, subcontractors, permits, training, accommodations, and other arrangements as needed.
• Communicate with the suppliers and service providers to follow-up deliverables, shipments, mobilization of manpower and other requirements needed on site.
• Maintain proper communication with the clients and process reports to ensure that we are meeting suitable client needs and expectations.

• In - charge of preparing minutes of the meeting, business correspondence, communications, data encoding, filling etc.
• Created and designed company profile, products brochures, promotional flyers, business cards and other printed materials.
• Updating and monitoring employee's records and company's legal documents
• Communicate with foreign joint venture partners, provide them updates, project report and other related documents as per their requirements.
• In - charge of preparing invoices for land and sea shipments, receipts, petty cash voucher, cash payments, bank payments and other related documents.
