Front desk officer- Answering and forwarding phone calls, meeting and greeting guests, booking meetings/events/occasions/rooms, keeping the area clean and organized, posting promos on Facebook.
Encoder- I will be asked to encode large amount of numbers and words/sentences in the computer and keeping it safe in a folder.
Assistant- I will be asked to be with other high rank officer every time he/she needs an assistant.
Cleaner- Possible. I cleaned the hotel’s “convenience store” and we also helped the housekeeping staff in their tasks. I will also include that we helped the kitchen staff in washing the used plates, glasses, forks, spoons, etc.
