The company is an headhunting firm. We have various business process outsourcing companies as our clients, both big and small ones. Our job as a technical recruiter is to find the candidates that our client is looking for based on standards they will give to us. We all do the process from assessment part (exams, interviews) to hiring (requirements & signing of job). The end-to-end process is all on us.
