Job Description
• Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
• Sourcing potential candidates through, job boards, social platforms.
• Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
• Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Scheduling and conducting in-person interviews.
• Coordinating with Visa applications & Insurance process.
• Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends.
• Payroll processing and Audit payroll reports.
• Help develop and maintain monthly KPIs.
EXPERIENCE
Job Description
• Assist with day to day operations of the sales manager functions and duties.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
