Second topper in class. Developed a computer based program to optimize the operating parameters (Pressure) at various pumping stations of a hypothetical pipeline. This was done by using a most modern optimization technique called 'Simulated Annealing'. During internship, one of India's geographically challenging pipeline route (Petronet MHB) was analysed. Hydraulic profile at various critical locations was analysed. Developed a detailed study report of Cathodic Protection (CP) system in onshore pipelines for Petronet MHB.
