Tasks assumed:
• Correspond and coordinate with the different sites of the company.
• Responsible of procurement mailing box.
• Purchasing of material for the most important projects realized for SONATRACH such as: LPG, GNL-3Z and SKLNG.
• Perform all purchasing procedures from prospecting on local market to the selection of offers, the establishment of purchase order and sending the required material to the projects.
• Give the necessary document to the financial department about the purchase made (monthly state).
• Administrative assistant.
• Translation and reporting in English, French and Arabic.
