•Assist with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment inventory and storage.
•Coordinate between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems

Assure passengers a warm welcome check boarding pass and assist them in seating
•General supervision and assistance of the service
•Maintain steady contact with all passengers throughout the flight
•See off passengers and assist them while disembarking
