Its a multitasks
Attending calls, mails and direct customer concerns.
Assisting dispatch of subordinates
Creation of job orders and releasing item requests of subordinates
Creation and sending quotations. Follow-up for confirmation of clients.
Billing, initiating and handling collections. Creation of sales order for invoicing.
Processing warranty claims of specific division. Claiming directly to the suppliers.
Making monthly reports and analysis to develop next strategies for better services and target achievement as well.
