I do all the encoding of Annual Budget, letters, etc. I also take charge of the office whenever my supervisor is out on leave or on travel. Budgeting is the nature of our work. We record all the transaction in the municipality ensuring that everything is in the right track, that all the funds are being expended wisely and correctly. We program the budget of the municipality according to the plans, programs and activities of the Local Chief Executive that will surely help our constituents. Another responsibility I have is I am the General Services Officer, I am in charge in procuring supplies and materials that are needed in the offices, I deal with suppliers and contractors. I am also a member of the Bids and Awards Committee, Secretariat. I am in charge in posting of publication on Infrastructure Projects and Procurement of Goods in PhilGEPS.
