1. Administration Officer:

• Coordinate for CEPA Examination (English) for GPA students in grade 12.
• Coordinate with ACER (Australian Council for Educational Research) for international exams and evaluations. (Benchmark, TIMSS & PIRLS, PISA, etc.)
• Coordinate with DSIB & KHDA in Dubai.
• Public Relations (Online only), Online renewal of all kinds of school licenses from (KHDA, DHA, Department of Economic Development of Economic Development, …)

2. Registration & Student's Affairs Officer:

• Coordination of entrance exams for new students, interviews with the school principal and coordination with parents on all relevant issues.
• Registration of new and previously enrolled students with following up of their approvals by the Knowledge and Human Development (KHDA).
• Entry and maintenance of all information required for all students.
• Scrutiny and credence the constraint book for each student, and sending it to the KHDA by the electronic system after getting their approval.
• Credence the annual statistics for employees and students of the Dubai Statistics Center by the electronic system.

3. HR Officer From 2007 to 2010:

• Human Resources Development
• Preparation of short lists, contacting candidates, negotiating offers and obtaining approval for new employee contracts.
• Coordinate with Labor Authority representative and follow up of all employee official documents.
• Monitoring and transferring staff working time records to the accounting section.
• Follow up on employee’s evaluation reports and all issues relevant to them.
