1. Lead and support the Corporate Affairs Strategy and Planning Process aligned with Company Visions, Mission, strategy, and challenges.
2. Maintaining and supporting the CEO office activities, arrangements, decisions execution and follow-ups as fundamental part of the Corporate Affairs function. This includes shadowing or Acting as the CEO representative & assistant (where applies), especially while handling strategic projects, strategic partnerships & alliances, or exceptional initiatives including -but not limited to- a full representation of the CEO in predefined company, public or social events.
3. Ensures the company enrollment for different Awards recognized in the region and globally.
4. Continuous rigorous performance observation, highlighting dormant resources for department heads for effective use of resources.
5. Close interaction with Unit Heads to alert on undelivered KPIs and/or the execution of decisions and tasks given by CEO.
6. Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manages a variety of special projects for the CEO, some of which may have organizational impact.
7. Manage, guide and support the HR department for quality performance including the deployment of the 360* evaluation concept across the company.
8. Manage, Guide and Support the Administration department for quality performance.
9. Act as the company headhunter for key vacancies, based on annual/ quarter recruitment plan according to hiring budget, goals, and strategies.
11. Represent the company on staff social matters as part of/ and head of the social committee.
1. Maintain the personal records of employees on matters such as wages, leaves and training, and prepare associated management reports
2. Creating policies and procedures to insure satisfaction and implement organizational changes

7. Develop, update and maintain the orientation program; in addition to sending welcoming letters for new hirers as part of the internal communication program
8. Prepare annual training plans for all employees and follow up on training courses
9. Responsible for the preparation of special trainings and workshops within the organization
10. SAP Certified.
11. Responsible for developing and enhancing job descriptions for all employees and coordinating with concerned manager when creating a new position
12. Follow up on non-Jordanian employees and make sure their residency papers and all other documents are up-to-date
• Manage and carry out day to day tasks in a results-oriented manner with ability to prioritize workload and shift attention among changing tasks and priorities
