To promote Marine Services to KAUST community members living at KAUST
To promote Marine Services activities and events to community members living at KAUST
To process all administrative work in terms of forming a database for each community member and processing invoicing and cash handling
To form a help desk that answers inquiries within 24 hours through 3 main guest care channels: walk in, telephone, emails
To create an image and identity for all KAUST Marine Services: Al Marsa Yacht Club, Boat Trips, Beach, Dive Center, Watersports etc...
I had the opportunity there to work with a marketing team composed of a graphic designer and a marketing coordinator in addition to 4 guest care representatives. As a team, we managed to translate activities and events related to KAUST Marine services into communictaion briefs and ideas that confer to the needs and wants of our customers.
Worked on research projects for several types of businesses mainly: Dairies (Al Safi Danone), FMCGs (Kraft Foods), Real Estate, Advertising etc…
Handled research projects preparing proposals, coordinating field work, analyzing findings, and turning out findings into results that would satisfy the business objectives and contribute eventually into brand building
Coordinated and communicated research projects with Clients
Promoted BI products as one-to-one calls and follow-ups to clients from different specialties; sustained and built a long term client-representative relationship

Libanpost: helped in the research of Libanpost business status in Lebanon
Worked at the training section within the human resources department according to the Hay Group guidelines (job families, competency development guide etc.)
