• I contribute to the Students’ learning by preparing and delivering educational, interactive, and dynamic classes that help to prepare students in taking the IELTS exam.
• Conduct and grade IELTS practice tests.
• Use various skills of teaching to help student improve their English. (Beginner, intermediate and advanced).
• Provide students with techniques that allow them to pass the IELTS test.
Agree with high management and preliminary strategy for the establishment of Corporate Sales Department within the organization.
Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification.
Reaching out new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of products/services.
Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients (Government, semi government and private sector).
Creating detailed proposed documents, minutes of meetings, filing system.
Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence.
- Recieve customer's complaint, and coordinate with the concerned department in order to satisfy the customer
-Contact clients after every service provided to measure customer's satisfaction
-Submit daily report to the management showing the followed steps starting from complaint to the customer's satisfaction and follow up
