As a Candidate co-ordinator I was working closely with job candidates, external recruiters, head-hunters and other human resources professionals in support of a business' hiring needs, as well as conducting executive searches and recruitment campaigns within all of our subsectors within the Chemical, Energy and Mining industries.
My responsibilities included:
•Answering questions on registering candidates and working with issues that they may have in person or over the phone.
•Conducting screening interviews with candidates to identify if the candidates would be eligible for employment.
•Managing a high volume of phone traffic ensuring a high level of clients and candidates satisfaction.
•Guiding new employees through the on-boarding process.
•Preparing and maintaining various hand-outs and documentations.
•Managing the office supplies.
•Arranging telephone and face-to-face interviews.
•Arranging travel for job candidates and acting as a liaison between the company and the candidate.
•Registering possible candidates over the phone.
•Managing time to help improve workflow and project management efficiency.
•Attending Monday morning meetings.
•Transferring all candidates from Recruit Studio to Bullhorn.
•Chasing references and feedbacks from clients and candidates.
•Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants.
•Working on candidates experience improvement project.
•Sourcing candidates globally and presenting to the clients.
•Implementing strategies that support key working in collaboration with a range of clients within and across the Energy, Mining and Chemical industries.
•Being the lead point of contact for candidates' registration.
•Developing of an effective recruitment tracking and monitoring system (Bullhorn) compliant with data management.
•Contributing the effective strategic provision and evaluation of candidates.
• Inputting and analysing data to provide statistical information about candidates.
• Developing and maintaining effective base for resources and materials, and offer guidance information and materials for candidates.
• Responding to telephone and e-mail requests and enquiries about the recruitment process.
• Advertising job positions on Website, job boards, social media groups.
• General data admin and paperwork. Handling and assisting with relocation processes of candidates when needed.
• Daily use of Outlook, Excel, Bullhorn and Recruit Studio (Staffing and Recruiting Software)
Reason for leaving - Moved from Lithuania to United Kingdom
•Translating and reviewing of technical, marketing, e-commerce, corporate, automotive, industrial and other texts.
•Using CAT tools and online platforms.
Translating various types of documents.
•Dealing with human resources (recruiting people, registering them in the database, etc. (Internship certificate available)
