I worked as Head nurse, (Head nurse in medical surgical ward and Day case), responsible for managing the overall safety and comfort of hospital patients through ensuring the nursing staff provides competent care, follows safety procedures and remains stocked with necessary tools and equipment.
I am working as Head nurse (Maternity - gynecology) in that provides supervision and direction for the total management of assigned unit, also performs all duties of the staff Nurse, charge nurse plus the following:
1-patient care.
2-management of the unit.
3-management of the stuff.
