- Update HR forms and introduce new forms upon request.
- Perform adjustments to policies and procedures manual.
- Review existing job descriptions and perform necessary amendments.
- Introduce new job descriptions by completing job analysis.
- Prepare & implement a series of HR Activities related to boosting morale & motivation.
- Collect and analyze data related to Training and Development.
- Complete assignment related to Training Needs Analysis & suggest training programs.
- Prepare / issue Requests for Training Proposals and contact Training Providers.
- Contact and follow-up with training providers and employees on trainings to be held.
- Prepare the logistical components of the trainings & workshops.
- Complete post training evaluations and present reports to concerned parties.
*Customer Focus:
- Ensure regular training of store staff on all aspects of customer service & selling skills.
- Implement high standards of customer service and asses them within the store.
- Ensure customer needs are met and queries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Assess mystery-shopping feedback and prepare action plan for improvement.
*Staff Management:
- Ensure store expectations and priorities are communicated to staff.
- Review and provide regular feedback on staff’s performance against expectations.
- Support induction of new recruits through buddy system.
- Oversee staff development and drive motivation levels of the store associates.
*Sales and Commercial Profit:
- Achieve the targets for the store and actively seek ways to achieve / exceed them.
- Monitor and control expenses through efficient store operations.
- Interpret and act on operational profit & focus on improving under-performing areas.
*Shop Keeping and Store Standards:
- Ensure accurate stock merchandise and inventory management within the store.
- Oversee and monitor all point of sales activities in the store.
- Monitor and handle customer complaints and take corrective actions.
- Execute price revisions within the store.
- Monitor and continuously seek to understand competitor activity in the retail sector.
- Attend semi-annual meetings in Dubai Headquarters.
- Maximize sales within the store through providing exceptional customer service.
- Provide accurate and current information about the product for all inquiries.
- Ensure shop keeping and maintaining store standards.
- Ensure all stock is displayed and rotated according to standard layout norms.
- Ensure all products are price-tagged and bar-coded before they are displayed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers by following the standards.
- Follow daily objectives within service demand / duty schedules.
- Ensure stand is clean and stock is rotated and well merchandised.
- Follow inventory stocking and recording guidelines.
- Contribute to store goals for increasing sales / add-on sales.
