• Identifying, attracting and sourcing potential international and regional key experts / consultants in Education & Society related work areas (i.e. women and girls’ empowerment, conflict resolution, TVET, governance, etc.)
• Responsible for pre-screening, selecting and interviewing, tracking and overall consultant management for specific recruitment assignments.

• Developing TORs on need basis for long-term and short-term key experts (for specific programmes based on current pursuit of donor-funded bids).
• Working closely with the Business Development team and SBU (Strategic business unit) leads from the project opportunity identification to develop a thorough understanding of project requirements regarding technical experts.
