Specific work elements:

Specific work elements:
Managing curriculum review, supervising school’s quality assessment periodically, managing the accreditation of school courses, assisting with releasing the school’s approval from different related authorities, attending school committee meetings, ensuring all arrangements conform set requirements of the school, carrying out the process of recruitment, monitoring admission and induction of students, enforcing policies stipulated in the school’s regulations, and arranging training for staff, among others.
As an academic manager at Edu Hub Investment, I prepared the academic file for KHDA and took approval for two early learning centers. I am directly involved in the startup process; interior design, furniture and all resources choosing and follow up with suppliers; training of principal and teachers as part of the starting and operating process.

of departments……. To the nannies and the cleaners.
3- Put all the school’s policies and procedures.

7- Meet parents for new students’ interview and old students’ casual meetings.
8- Prepare the parents’ and students’ handbooks
9- Take actions if there are any problems in the buses, with the teachers, with the parents….
10- Talk to the Ministry of Education and the labor office and make sure the required rules and regulations
are fully followed & achieved.
In all take care of all the school’s aspects and needs and make sure that everything is going up to the British
Standards, as this was a British school.
Key Responsibilities (curriculum advisor)
1-Make sure that the school curriculum meets the needs of the students.
2- Research teaching methods and new technologies that aid students.
3- Follow up with teachers and school administrators to improve academic materials for students.
4-Review the school curriculum to ensure that it is meeting the needs of the students. Based on the review, the curriculum coordinator makes recommendations to the school administration on improvements.
5-Research new technologies, textbooks and classroom materials that teachers use, and monitor the methods that are used in the classroom and make recommendations for new teaching techniques.
6-Find textbooks, software and other materials for the classroom.
7-When new materials are brought to the school, I help train teachers on new methods for using the materials. A curriculum coordinator sets up seminars for teachers, hold workshops or bring in experts to instruct teachers on new resources.
8-Instruct teachers when the school administration brings in new standards for students and help teachers implement changes to the curriculum.
1- Review all the curriculum of the school in both sides depth and width making sure that the spiraling of the curriculum is done properly. I work with the mid and high school’s coordinator to make a clear curriculum for the school which will be a part of the school’s system.
2- Guide the teachers to distribute their pacing charts.
3- In charge of interviewing new applicants (if the school needs)
4- Follow up with the teachers regarding the methods of teaching, lessons preparation, extra curriculum activities and worksheets.
5- Attend classes on weekly basis and set up a feedback meeting with the teacher.
6- Check the books and copybooks of the children on weekly basis to make sure the school’s standards in teaching are being achieved.

4 years study with full time attendance during which students were exposed to different types of literature both American and British. Through out the four years we learned different aspects of language from phonetics awareness to grammar and different kinds of writing. literacy criticism was an important course where students used their imagination, information about the different ages as well as analytical skills in order to analyse and criticize a poem or a book. teaching methodologies and teaching English as a second Language were training courses that we had to take in the main University branch in Beirut
