I proficiently set up software, configure and reconfigure client emails and
servers, and manage network setups involving switches and routers.

Conducted diagnostic tests on each computer to identify and remove malware
or viruses, leveraging expertise in system security and antivirus software.
Deployed and reinstalled programs using MAC addresses and network
protocols, and removed duplicate files and corrupted programs to optimize
system performance and prevent data loss.
