Responsible for New and Renovation Projects from Design management, Construction management to handing over of Projects
• Design management with all external consultants, Main consultant, MEP, Interior Designer, QS, Acoustics ect…
• Construction management from appointment of contractors to handing over of Projects including Procurement
• Fully managing under construction cinema job sites (client rep.):
- Delivering projects at the best standards and with exceptional quality
- Working on developing new projects, renovation projects and opening new opportunities.
- Finishing all contractual obligations and having all parties on board, working closely with contractors and different suppliers
- Finalizing all design stages and following up on implementation.
- Client meetings and development.

- Monitoring budgets and Applying Value Engineering to proposed offers, offering best functional cost reduced alternatives.

Responsible for managing and leading the project through all design stages in accordance with client brief and within agreed cost and time frames. Ensure delivery of project quality.

•Assume responsibility for Interior design, material selection, costing, estimation, sourcing, fittings, procurement, and negotiations with suppliers.

•Formulate space environmental plan to be practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purpose with the objective of raising productivity and improved enjoyment of Owners

Provide leadership and direction to a team of 2 engaged in planning, designing and furnishing interior environments of 3 Hotels Towers, 6 residential towers owned by the company consisting of Studios, 1, 2, 3, 4 bedrooms apartments, duplexes and penthouses of all residential towers.
