• Posting, tracking and managing bugs in ERP and web based project management system and bug-tracking tool: JIRA
• Effectively communicating and coordinating with team members and development team in order to clarify and fix bugs.
• Testing live issues and reproducing the issues and helping the development team to fix it.
• Good exposure in ERP, especially in Epicor 10
• Tests, trains and troubleshoots system for customer and providing initial level of support for assigned product.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Knowledge on ERP cycles.
• Manual software testing experience in the following technical environments:
o Web Applications (ASP.NET)
o Windows Forms applications (VB6 & VB. NET )
o Workflow
o Citrix / Remote Desktop
o Crystal 10/11 & SSRS Reporting
