My responsibilities include:
1. Responsible for the full logistics process from receipt to delivery including order processing, receiving, inventory transactions, issuing, discrepancy management and reconciliation, cycle counting, stock level management, return logistics and replenishment management.
2. Runs a series of inventory reports on daily, weekly, or monthly basis and performs detailed analysis of item performance, consumption and expiry.
3. Generate and manage replenishment orders for assigned storage and stock points and follow the order through until delivery confirmation.
4. Develops accurate and consistent enhancements to the inventory reporting structure
5. Performs inventory adjustments (quantity and price variance analysis), inventory investigations, and shipment discrepancy management and reconciliation.
6. Performs visual validation of received and issued merchandise to description and package details from original purchase orders and delivery notes.
7. Manages the RTV (Return to Vendor) process, including item documentation - tracking, adjusting / destroying
8. Inputs product description information in current inventory and systems
9. Responsible for performing system transactions in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and for ERP system accuracy.
10. Responsible for all documentation management and document retention related to the supply chain process
11. Adhere and comply with all government, regulatory, quality and enterprise requirements, guidelines, policies and procedures.
12. Preform and manage cycle counts and stock counts
13. Assists the Category Managers and Buyers with product selection and carryover volumes
14. Works in collaboration with the entire Supply Chain Team
15. Performs other duties as assigned

My responsibilities include:
1. Ensures that goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner according to documented processes, including planning the transportation route and payload, selecting the mode of transportation, tendering the order for transportation, and tracking the shipment from pick up through delivery all the while targeting cost reduction, freight savings, service and contractual requirements;
2. Insures proper documentation, including transit documents and customs clearances, exists for shipments. Ensure documentation is accurately processed, distributed and released to carrier, forwarders, customers and agents in a timely manner.
3. Organizes and maintains hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfilment, distribution means, pricing, and contractual obligations,
4. Oversee and complete accurate billing to clients based on pricing established with the clients while ensuring accurate costs and profits are maintained.
5. Ensures accuracy of physical inventory order sequence by entering inter-company purchase orders and inter-company transfers into the system following defined processes,
6. Verifies inventory locations and availability for shipment against requirements specified in purchase orders; verifies accuracy of physical inventory when needed,
7. Works with supervisor to effectively resolve inventory or order discrepancies that are outside of his or her control;
8. Reviews inventory position daily and weekly against outstanding orders and sales forecasts and takes action to expedite inbound shipments to meet customer demands;
9. Responsible for interfacing between external and internal costumers, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of quotations and purchase orders and all supporting activities related to sales initiatives.
10. Coordinate the sales product assortment with Marketing and Sales team and maintain accurate master data in Oracle.
11. Support the development, implementation, and execution of the Structured Management Process for Supply Chain critical process.
12. Communicates fulfillment status and / or issues within the Organization to points including Demand / Supply Planning, Logistics Management, Sales, and Customer Service

Achievements included; actively contributing to the development of the Standard Operation Procedures for both Logistics and Customer Service Department for our successful application for American Association of Blood Banking Accreditation.

Achievements included; working as a part of a finance team that provided logistical and training support that aided the project team to the successfully completed 25 community projects which included water systems, roads and bridges renovation, school classrooms, and farming facilities.
