Well experienced in Purchase and Import/Export
HIGHLIGHTS

Minimizing the cases being out of stock
Minimizing the risk of being overstocked
Facilitate the process of re-ordering through establishing the procedures and systems
Assist in making the final decision in purchase
Checking and Reporting the stocks which goes to minimum level and danger level
Negotiation and coordination with the suppliers regarding the Importation of Goods
Negotiating with the Shipping Line for the Freight Charges in case of ‘EX-WORKS & FOB’ shipments.
Shipments follow up with the Suppliers and Shipping Line.
Coordinating with the Transporter for bringing the Import Goods from the port
Making all documents relating to Exports by Sea/Air/Land.
Coordinating with the Insurance Authorities and Shipping Line for major problems in Transit and Arrival of the Goods.
 Coordinating with Clearing Agent for Customs Clearing.
 Coordinating with Dubai Municipality Authorities for clearing the Dangerous goods through Internet Web Site.
 Making Goods Receipt Note for Stock valuation and updating them in the System/Assist in making final decision in the purchase
 Coordination for Inventory
 Coordination for invoicing and Transfers
