PROJECT -2 : CONSTRUCTION OF 44 VILLAS IN AL SARFA - 115 MILLION AED
having almost Three year experience in UAE and One year in
India. Knowledge in Quantity estimation, preparation of interim payment
certificates / progress bills and their certification, verification of subcontractor
submitted bills, preparation / certification of Variations, Preparation of enquiries
and their subsequent reviewing for subletting works and cost controlling at
ongoing projects with different companies at different Mega Civil / Building
projects.
Key Role & Responsibilities:
• Execution of all the civil works according to the approved drawings.
• Checking & assuring that the inspection is as per the final issued for construction drawings.
• Proper management of materials & workmanship
• Conversant with architectural & structural drawings
• Ensuring the quality of Building materials used for construction.
• Coordinating with clients for their requirements & execute it in site.
• Ensure that all works are going without wastage of material.
• Reviewing Monthly payment invoice.
* Issuing site instructions against violations at site.
* To control the whole construction work.
* Taking on site measurement for Subcontractors.
* Prepare Bills for Subcontractors.
Completed Msc. in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying in the year 2020.
