• Support HR manager in promoting Company policies, procedures, and Labor Laws to employees.
• Assist manager in ISO & SHEMS processes within the HR department.
• Maintain and enroll employee data in HRIS.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Support MD in office administration tasks.
• Assist MD in HR matters like CV screening, interview arrangement, and reference checks.
• Coordinate with Tax Office for Personal Income and Commercial Tax.
• Prepare and translate documents in English and Myanmar language.
• Manage Petty Cash and format HR One Stop Pack for preparation.
• Conduct telemarketing for acquiring new clients.
