About the Plants
NOMAC is the O&M contractor of RABEC Power project at Rabigh KSA having of capacity 1200 MW Power
Plant consists of HFO fired boiler & steam turbine (2 X 660 MW), Flue Gas desulphurization plant, R.O Plant, Chlorination plant, Sea water pumping station, Demineralization plant, Hydrogen Plant, Industrial waste water treatment plant & oily water treatment plant, Jetty & Tank Farm and HV, MV & LV (380 KV, 13.8 KV& 400 V) transformers and switchgear panels etc
Nature of Job & Major Assignments
Monitor the Operation parameters of the system at control room and coordinate with the other operator in regard to all related activities that affect operation
Responsible for safe start up /shut down of the plant as per the standard operating Procedures
Coordinate with the shift supervisor and with the other operators in regard to all activities Comply with safety rules and regulation
Operate Jetty equipments during unloading Crude Oil from ship
Monitor the process unit and take action to minimize environmental impact
Monitor all parameters and enter periodic reading on log sheets.
Inspect the area and Auxiliaries during the shift to make sure that all equipment parameters with in the normal limits. Reports abnormalities to the shift supervisor.
Perform equipment change over according to present schedules.
Rise work request s or defect notes for faulty equipment
Coordinate with shift supervisor for isolating and lining up the equipments and system before and after maintenance
Isolation and normalization of equipment and electrical panels
Assist in the training and familiarization of new operator
Exercises responsibility for safety of specific areas of the plant. Includes operation of the plant in a safe reliable manner, assurance of housekeeping, safety and safe work practices in area of responsibility
About the Plants
The Fujairah F2 Power and Desalination Plant having capacity of 2000 MW power and 130 MIGD water . Plant consists of 5 Alstom GT 26 gas turbines with air-cooled generators, two STF30C condensing steam turbine with hydrogen-cooled turbo generator, one STF15C back pressure steam turbine with air cooled generator, a 100 MIGD multiple effect distillation desalination plant based on twelve 8.3 MIGD MED units and a 30 MIGD reverse osmosis desalination section. Plant controlled by Alstom ALSPA DCS system

Operation of Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine and its Auxiliary systems
Operation of Gas treatment plant, Gas compressors, Gas heaters Nitrogen generator system, Fuel oil treatment system, air compressors, Air dryers etc,
Starting and stopping of supplementary firing system of HRSG from BMS
Monitor Fire fighting system (Fire water pumps, Co2 & foam storage system etc)
Operation of electrical panels & switch gears
Operate Main cooling water pumps, Band screen and Chlorination system
Operation of Chemical Dosing system, DM Plant and its auxiliary systems
Isolation and Normalization of equipments as per Work Permit
Makes routine changes to operating conditions from the control room or local stations, monitors and logs key and critical operating parameters such as load, frequency, voltage, temperatures, pressures, flow rates, etc
Reports any abnormalities to his shift supervisor.

About the Plants
HHI is the EPC contractor of Feed Gas Preparation Plant of Shell GTL at Ras Laffan Industrial city
Feed Gas Preparation plant includes Slug Catcher, Condensate Stabilization, Acid gas removal unit, Dehydration and Mercaptans Removal unit, NGL fractionation and extraction, LPG treating and Sulphur recovery units
Nature of Job & Major Assignments
Conduct the pipe line cleaning (Air blowing, steam blowing, water flushing, Oil flushing and chemical cleaning)
Prepare procedure for Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
Maintain a close relationship with HSE & QA departments
Prepare Punch lists according to P&I D from pre-commissioning activities
Responsible for Co-ordination, Supervision and Inspection of commissioning work and preparation of operation records of plant
About the Plants
Doosan is the EPC contractor of DEWA’s Jebel Ali M Project having power and desalination plant of capacity 2060 MW and 140 MIGD.
Plant consists of six Siemens SGT-4000F gas turbines, three 220 MW Alstom COMAX Steam turbines and 140 MIGD desalination plant based on eight 17.5 MIGD MSF units. Plant controlled by Siemens SPPA-T3000 DCS System

Operation of Gas Turbine and its Auxiliary systems
Operation of Gas compressors, Gas heaters, ESD valves, Flare system, Buffer gas system
Isolation and Normalization of Equipment accordance with work permit
Reports any abnormalities to his shift supervisor. Carry out the duties and associate responsibilities of the shift supervisor position during his absence.

MARAFIQ Sea Water Cooling System supplying Cooling water to industries in Jubail Industrial City. Plant consist of 28 Main Sea Water Pumps, Gas Turbines and Chlorination Plants.

Successfully handling the entire functions related to plant operations & maintenance of Sea Water Cooling System.
Operation & Maintenance of chlorination plants and its Dosing system
Conduct Acid cleaning of electrolyzes as per schedule
Operates plant control systems. Makes routine changes to operating conditions from the control room or local stations, monitors and logs key and critical operating parameters such as load, frequency, voltage, temperatures, pressures, flow rates, etc.
Isolation and Normalization of Equipment accordance with work permit
Carries out and coordinates with other operators the start-up and shutdown of the plant. Makes changes in the control system as the plant is started up, using the manual system, bringing plant up to automatic mode,
Responsible for Co-ordination, Supervision and Inspection of maintenance work and preparation of operation records of plant.
