Accounts payable
Participate in strategic planning, budgets, and formulating long-term business plan.
Instituting a well structured accounting system, basic accounting functions, Internal check, cash & banking activities, liquidity monitoring, Internal audit compliance, month end MIS, finalization and reviewing of annual accounts, audit schedules and reports
Forecast income stream and expenditure for current and future activities.
Monitored receivable and payable accounts as well as enforced strict control on credit.
Management of daily cash flow, liaising with banks & updating banks position like total inflows & outflows, processing & controlling of Bank Guarantee - both advance & performance guarantee.
Monitoring and keep updating Insurance for vehicles & equipments
Monthly reconciliation of bank statements and supplier statements.
Assisting the junior team members by reviewing their work and providing feedback
Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Payroll management including processing salaries through WPS, maintaining leave pay, air ticket, and End of service benefits as per UAE labor law.
Manage, motivate and develop subordinate staff in leading, or working on projects.
Managed and supported the team, ensuring high quality performance from individuals and the team.
Liaising with other members of the team and across the business.
Providing detailed, reliable and timely reports on financial performance or fiscal health of the organization to the senior management useful for strategic decision making process.
Liaising with banks, insurance brokers and external auditors
