• Effective Administration of Newskies Management Console, Sky Speed, Sky schedule, Sky Port, Sky Fare, Oracle System for Marketing.
• Overall and timely support on all systems to departments using them to ensure maximum usage with fewer hindrances.
• Administration, management and optimization of Test Link and Bug Tracker tool to maximize usage by J9 team and third-party developers like BCS/WINIT/INSPIRE/TAP/OTTU to ensure speedy bug fixes/enhancements.
• Overall support and coordination for direct, online and multichannel development including vendor coordination.
• Continuous interaction with Navitaire and other third-party companies to keep them on their toes for useful Bug solving/Follow-ups.
• Involved in all stages of managing project documentation, administration and configuration of all system settings and ad-hoc project as required
• Managing UAT team to execute UAT within allotted time effectively.
• Managing and working Test link system to optimize UAT, Test Planning, Creating/Reviewing test cases and test execution for all ongoing bug fixing/enhancements/updates.
• Ensure Software quality for Jazeera site in Website, Mobile Website, Android, iPhone, Huawei platform to improve software applications while adhering to defining timeline continuously.

Projects
1. GRC - Kiosk Server-Client Automation System
• Sales channel for mobile recharge cards, top-up and bill payment of all telecom service providers to its customers by most popular kiosks with advanced and modern Bill Acceptor, GPRS and thermal printer. More than 300 kiosks were in Kuwait market, and further expansions of 150 were budgeted while leaving from the company.
• Responsibility - Full Responsibility of Requirement Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Implementation and Maintenance.

2. GRC - Kiosk Administration System
• Administrating and control kiosk machines, assign them to different sales associates, customers, track sales collection of machines, and generate different reports. This software is mainly using by the support team and accounts department.
• Responsibility - Full responsibility of Requirement Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Implementation and maintenance.

3. GRC - POS Automation System
• POS Automation system - For providing mobile recharge card services, top-up and bill payment of different operators (like VIVA, ZAIN, OOREDOO) to its customers using small POS machines. (Two different Types)
• Responsibility - Full responsibility of Requirement Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Implementation and maintenance.

4. GRC - Viva Lines Support system
• Maintaining Viva SIM Lines sales by GRC, one of the dealers of VIVA. The system keeps stock of VIVA SIM cards, issuing SIM cards to the salesman, recording Shops and Customers details, helping the support team maintain and filing SIM contracts.

Zain (MTC) - MTC is the pioneer of mobile telecommunications in the Middle East and a major player on the African continent providing a comprehensive range of mobile voice and data services. MTC would commence its business operations in Saudi and hence required a mature Interconnect Billing system.
Cable & Wireless (Monaco) - Cable & Wireless, Monaco (MTI) is a pioneer of telecommunications and a major player providing a comprehensive range of voice and data services. MTI wishes to improve further their competitive position by obtaining stronger and more tightly integrated tools. These tools will allow more efficient data capture, faster margin analysis and closer monitoring of operations. Concilia will provide MTI with the competitive edge.
