Lead the HSE Organization on the Project Site.
Monitor regularly and systematically the actual implementation of the HSE Management System of the Project Site.
Verify the Project HSE Policy is enforced and HSE requirements are fulfilled.
Ensure in updating the implementation of the Project HSE Plan as well as other relevant Site HSE documentation.
Promote continuous review and improvement of the HSE MS implementation on the Site.
Review and comment on HSE and related construction documents to Site Situation.
Verify that the Sub Contractor’s HSE Plan is in line with this document and approve them accordingly.
Monitor planned execution of work, evaluating the changing circumstances of the Site in order to identify potential hazards and communicate them to line management.
Contribute to identifying and promoting safe work practices and procedures
Ensure that all personnel, vehicles, and equipment meet legal and contractual HSE requirements.
Produce HSE site records
Notify the PM, CM, SHAKER, PEO of any HSE related incident/accident involving personnel, equipment, property or environment.
Review and analyze incident report, medical logs, and other relevant information to identify trends and support in defining related preventive and corrective actions.
Liaise with REDCO construction management for any HSE issues.
Liaise with Sub contractors’ or vendors’ HSE personnel.
Arrange for internal HSE Audits.
Maintaining effective communication between REDCO and Employee on HSE Matters.

Verify that relevant HSE information and training is provided to all personnel working in the assigned area;
Collaborate with Supervisors in assessing training needs for personnel in the assigned area;
Attend all relevant meetings;
Reports HSE findings to the relevant construction personnel as well as the SHSEM, and follow up the status of implementation of the identified preventive and corrective actions;
Carry out any other assigned HSE activity.
Advise the Site HSE Manager of any necessary required actions to improve working and living environmental conditions in the field under their individual responsibility;
Investigate the Environment incident and advise on incident management.
Monitor waste management facility and keep updated the logs.
Assist the project to achieve a minimum-risk during the construction phase of the project, which satisfies all regulatory requirements, Corporate and Client, propose preventive actions;
Maintain contact with respective government authorities on environmental control measures;
Monitor environmental impacts regularly;
Check and maintain the incinerator and noise measurement equipment continuously;
Maintain the records regarding the environment;
Ensure the compliance with COSHH requirements in accordance with QCS 2010.
Ensure the availability of MSDS for any chemical introduce into the facility;
Ensure that employees are aware of the hazards and handling of hazardous materials according to the labels.
Ensure the full compliance of Qatar Environmental Law, Decree Law No. 30 for 2002.

Maintain and update all HSE related records.
Prepare weekly and monthly man-hours and tabulate for the recording of LTI’s.
Communicate to project manager and division managers the progress of the project safety programs.
Participate in the HSE audit together with all the members of the committee.
Ensure to conduct weekly inspections of Tower cranes, passenger hoist, elevators, and temporary electrical distribution boards, webbing slings, wire rope, shackles, chain slings, power tools, cradles and scaffolding's.
Conduct emergency evacuation drill for all the employees and workers.
Conduct internal training's for safe use of power tools, working at height, confined space, fire fighting, and other related safety training's.
