Develop and manage various marketing tools including proposals, promotional materials, restaurant profiles, direct mail and public relation pieces. Constant communication with my food and beverage development manager to ensure all marketing activities is supporting the business goals.
Duties:
• Supporting the company in the execution of planned marketing and advertising campaigns
• Creating and managing project plans for various marketing projects
• Executing competitor analysis
• Planning meetings in order to promote the restaurants
• Examining any changes in the market and promote accordingly
• Increasing customer following and brand awareness through management of social media
• Coordinating with web designer for website development
• Creating direct marketing materials, designing direct mailing and coordinating printing
• Assisting graphics designer with story boarding and concept lay outs for core media
• Maintaining email list for internal and external communications
• Tracking customer complaints and ensure resolution
• Maintaining records of press coverage
• Creating and maintaining brand awareness and development
