Recreation Supervisor Ensure that lifeguards maintain the highest level standard, safety and professionalism.Implementing rules and regulation policies guidelines within the hotels and waterpark.Responding to an emergency that may arise within the area of operations.Preparing and submitting relevant administrative document in timely manner.responding to a guest complaints and informing the Assistant Manager or the Manager if unable to resolve the guest concern.Supporting the manager in overseeing attendant and lifeguard within hotels and waterpark properties to ensure that all standard operating procedures and emergency action plans are communicated to and followed by all colleagues.
