KU-MIT (USA) collaborated project titled, “Next
generation brine desalination for effi ciency, reliability
and sustainability".
KU- Shammal Az-Zour Al-Oula Power and Water
Company K.S.C. (Public) (Industry) collaborated project
titled, “Sustainable zero discharge seawater
desalination in the state of Kuwait”.
Worked on a pilot-scale Electrodialysis equipment for
desalination (PC Cell P05).
Performed research works related to brine treatment in
the laboratory.
Assisted the PI in writing 4 manuscripts in the field of
brine management and water treatment. The
publication was accepted in a peer-reviewed Q1 journal
with an impact factor of 9.501.
Achieved first prize for the poster presentation for
Scientific faculties conducted by Kuwait University.
Assisted undergraduate student working on the
assigned project.
Prepared presentations and reports related to project
activities.
Instruments Handled: Electrodialysis Unit, Ph and
Conducivity Meter and rotary evaporator.
chievements/Tasks
Worked as a trainee for six months at Food Technology
and Quality Assurance department, Kerala, India.
Assisted on a new product development project titled
“physiochemical and sensory properties of biscuits
incorporated with carrot powder”.
Instruments Handled: Spectrophotometer, rotary
evaporator, colorimeter, Anton Paar refractive meter
and density meter, water activity meter, moisture
analyzer and spraydryer.
