1. Induction:-
• Preparing personal file of new hire.
• Issuing new hire memo.
• Coordinating with PRO for Visa.
• Coordinating with Camp boss for Accommodation.

2. Daily Attendance:-
• Time Attendance Management System (TAMS).
• Attendance Report daily basis.
• Maintaining present/absent record.
• Issuing absent/late coming deduction memos.

3. Payroll:- (ERP 7.2 PAYMANGER)
• Preparing Salary for all 7 divisions.
• Updating employee database daily.
• Maintaining all HR related records.
• Calculation of overtime & deduction
• Preparation of MIS reports.
• Releasing salary through bank transfer.

4. Settlements: - (ERP 7.2 PAYMANGER)
• Annual leave Settlement.
• Emergency/Unpaid leave.
• Calculation of Leave Salary/Gratuity
• Leave Encashment.
• Resignation/Service termination.

5. Administrative:-
• Providing daily medical.
• Timely renewal of visa and Passport
• Arranging for resident card and visa medical for new hired.
• Booking ticket at time of leave/exit.
• Vehicle/Sim/Mobile/Furniture /medical bills records.
• Maintenance of lift, AC, firefighting.
• Cancellation of expatriate during final exit.

• Day to day updating of company master employee list by follow up with HR and Admin
Departments.
• Monthly preparation of attendance sheet by coordinating with various departments and
site office.
• Computation of salary according to attendance sheet.
• Tracking of employee salary advances, earnings and deductions, then adjusting in monthly salary computation.
• Preparation of bank transfer letters for salary transfer.
• Preparation of monthly salary slip and distribution.
• Preparation of monthly salary report.
• Reporting all details regarding salary to the top management.
• Maintaining employee leave details and updating.
• Preparation of leave settlements for employees going on leave.
• Preparation of final settlements (retirement benefits) for employees going on final exit.
• All these were done using ERP software system (Contraman).
